That the Executive Employment Committee:

1          Receives the report, Appointment of a recruitment provider.

2          Appoints Julia Stones & Associates Ltd as the Council’s external recruitment provider to undertake a Chief Executive recruitment process.

3          Receives the updated Chief Executive recruitment plan.

4          Confirms the public be excluded from consideration of this report on the grounds set out in the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 under Section 48(1)(a)(i) Section 7 (2)(a) as withholding the information is necessary to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.

5          Confirms that the report remains in Public Excluded and the Resolutions be released to the public at the conclusion of the meeting.

2           Delegates authority to Cr Nees, Executive Employment Committee Chair to approve the final versions of advertising and candidate information required for the Chief Executive’s recruitment process.

 

3           Confirms that the public be excluded from consideration of this report on the grounds set out in the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 under Section 48(1)(a)(i) Section 7 (2)(a) as withholding the information is necessary to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.

4           Confirms that the report and resolutions be released to the public at the conclusion of the meeting.
